Steps to take if you are in an accident

Immediate Steps After an Accident

• Make sure everyone is safe and call 911 if there are any injuries.
• Move your vehicle to a safe location, if possible.
• Contact the police and obtain a copy of the accident report or report number.
• Exchange information with the other driver, including:
• Name and contact information
• Insurance company and policy number
• Driver’s license number
• Vehicle make, model, and license plate number
• Take photos of all vehicles involved, the accident scene, and any visible damage.

What to Do Next

If your vehicle is drivable, you may bring it to our facility during normal business hours. If your vehicle is not drivable, we recommend having it towed to Frank & Son Auto Body so we can begin the repair process as soon as possible.
